Check-out policy
- All print materials are available to students who present a valid school ID
- Reference and reserve materials circulate overnight until the next school day
- Print copy of magazines circulate overnight, until the next school day. All other
materials circulate for two weeks—when the item is presented, it can be renewed
- Recorded books circulate for two weeks. Videos do not circulate to students.
- Equipment circulates to students with teacher, administrative, and parent signatures.
Fines for late materials
- Reference books, magazines and recorded books $0.50 per school day All other
materials— $0.10 per school day
- All materials must be returned before the last day of the school year. Debts for overdue
books and fines for items returned late are charged and included on debt sheets.
- After the school year ends, all settlement of debts must be handled through the fee
system in the school Bookkeeping office, not the Information and Technology Center.
- Materials circulate during breaks within the school year. No materials circulate over
the summer break.
