| A really interesting creature we have been studying is WORMS! We began by listing many of the things we thought we knew about them. |

| We observed worms, being really careful not to hurt them. We watched how they behaved, although we know that this kind of environment is way different than how they live in nature. |

| We measured them, watched how they move and even picked them up to feel what they are like. We read a lot about worms, but if you really want to know what they are like... you have to get to know them! |

| They were cool and wet and we could feel the tiny hairs they use to pull and push themselves around. | |
