Parent Portal Information

The Parent Portal is a web-based
system which gives parents or legal guardians online access to information about
their child.
The Parent Portal allows parents to access the following key information:
1. Base directory information (name, address, phone#, etc.)
2. Current course enrollment (list of courses student is enrolled)
3. Course transcript (only Carnegie unit courses counting toward graduation)
4. Report card data from last year (only for those in grades 3 through 12)
5. Attendance data from last year
6. Attendance data from this year
Once teachers record grades in their InteGrade Pro grade book, parents will have
access to these grades. Examples of these include:
1. Homework scores
2. Quiz scores
3. Test scores
4. Any assessment score teachers record in their grade books
