    Success in school can be enhanced by parents and teachers working together.  We encourage parents to visit the classroom, participate in classroom activities, and extended school learning experiences at home.  Parent volunteers are wanted and needed.  If you have any time or talents that you would be willing to share with the children, please let your child’s teacher know.  Your services could be used in a variety of school-related activities.
          Parent meetings are held at intervals throughout the school year.  The dates and times vary from center to center.  We encourage you to attend these meetings as often as possible.  You and your child's teacher are partners in the education of your child, and the center's staff wants you to be involved in the center decisions.
            The School Improvement Council (SIC) is made up of parents and teachers and acts as an advisory council to the principal.  If you are interested in serving as a member of the council,   contact your child's classroom teacher or administrator.  Get to know the council members well.  They represent you and your children and will bring your ideas for school improvement to the attention of the administration.
